Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Big Bud Press pieces as much as we loved making them. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
